Paramount Ticket Policy

Paramounthudsonvalley.com is the official ticketing site of Paramount Hudson Valley Arts. We do not work with or endorse any third-party ticket sellers. We DO NOT sell tickets on Ticketmaster, StubHub, Ticket Center.com, or any other unauthorized resale platforms. To ensure you are purchasing legitimate tickets at the correct price, please visit our official website, paramounthudsonvalley.com.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges except as specified within membership or sponsorship programs, or unless a performance is cancelled or rescheduled.
• All Events are “rain or shine” events– no refunds or exchanges for inclement weather.
• Pictures Via Phone Will be allowed on a show by show basis. Any professional grade cameras/photographers will need to get a photo pass, in advance. Please contact the box office for more information.
• Tickets must be paid in full at time of purchase. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are welcome. 
• Every person, regardless of age, entering the theater must have a ticket. Our theater (like all businesses) has a maximum capacity; and to ensure the safety of all of our patrons we must know exactly how many people are in the theater at any given time. This necessitates each person entering the theater to have a ticket.
• Child ticket prices refer to anyone under the age of 12. Student ticket prices refer to anyone under the age of 18 or who can provide a valid student ID at time of sale.
• Group discounts, to select shows, may be available to groups of ten or more and are available in-person at the Box Office or over the phone.
• Lost or misplaced tickets may be reprinted with ID, and may be subject to a reprint fee of $5 cash at pick up.
• For all canceled or rescheduled performances, refunds or exchanges will be available through the Box Office.
• All patron information is confidential; we will not trade or sell our mailing list. Our mailing list is used to share event announcements and special promotions from the Paramount Hudson Valley Theater. Occasionally we may share special offers from other local businesses and organizations, but we do not share your information when doing so.
• Outside food and beverage is not permitted in the theater. Any patron found with outside alcohol, is subject to removal. 
• Backpacks and large bags are not permitted inside of the venue.
• The Box Office and Will-Call are open at least 1 hour before curtain time and through the start of the show for all live events.
