With Opening Guest Elly Wininger

Get ready for a powerhouse performance as The Fabulous Thunderbirds bring their high-energy American blues-rock sound back to Peekskill on March 29! For over 30 years, this iconic band, fronted by harmonica virtuoso and soulful vocalist Kim Wilson, has defined and redefined American music with their gritty hits like “Tuff Enuff” and “Wrap It Up.” Wilson, the band’s co-founder and only original member, has led the T-Birds through an incredible evolution, merging blues roots with rock, R&B, and a mix of Cajun and soul influences, creating an electrifying blend that continues to captivate audiences.

The Fabulous Thunderbirds have earned their reputation as a must-see live act, playing to packed venues across the U.S. and Europe. Known for their vibrant sound and impressive musicianship, Wilson and his band have raised the energy level of their performances, incorporating contemporary influences while remaining true to their blues roots. With a lineup of skilled musicians who each bring a unique understanding of varied musical styles, the T-Birds embody a sound that’s both rooted in tradition and strikingly modern. It’s no wonder they count legends like Muddy Waters among their fans—Waters even named Wilson his favorite harmonica player and vocalist.

Fans can expect a night full of energetic performances, incredible solos, and the raw, soulful authenticity that has made the T-Birds an enduring force in American music.
