Critically acclaimed actor and comedian Craig Ferguson is coming to the Paramount Hudson Valley Theater!
Craig Ferguson entered the world of late night comedy following a diverse and eclectic career that encompasses music, film, television, and the stage.
After a musical stint as a drummer throughout the United Kingdom, Ferguson gave acting a go and discovered he had a knack for comedy, which soon led him to star in his own BBC television show, “The Ferguson Theory.” The Scotland native eventually made it to the United States, where he continued his acting career and went on to become a huge success on the North American comedy circuit.
He has performed to sold-out theaters all over the country, including Carnegie Hall and New York City’s Radio City Music Hall. Additionally, Craig has four widely acclaimed stand-up comedy specials: “A Wee Bit O’ Revolution,” “Does This Need To Be Said,” “I’m Here to Help,” and “Just Being Honest,” the last two of which earned him Grammy nominations for Best Comedy Album in 2014 and 2016 respectively.
In 2014, Ferguson concluded his ten-year run as the host of CBS’s “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson,” which set all-time viewer records, earned him a Primetime Emmy nomination and the 2009 Peabody Award for Excellence in Broadcasting. Earlier this year Craig launched his new SiriusXM program “The Craig Ferguson Show,” which is broadcast live on Comedy Greats every evening.
