Boomer Comedy Unlimited is the brainchild of Carol Siskind, a comedian who has performed professionally throughout the U.S and around the world for over 35 years.
After working in Las Vegas showrooms for numerous years, Siskind moved back to NYC, looking to replicate her success on the East Coast. Together with longtime comedy producer, promoter, and manager Pat Buckles, Siskind engaged her talented Boomer comedy friends to give their audiences the best performances possible.
Comedian, actress, and screenwriter Carol Siskind started her stand-up career in New York, honing her skills in the city’s comedy clubs. She has several TV appearances to her name (Johnny Carson and Jay Leno, Fox’s Comic Strip Live, plus many more) and has been featured in People, Newsweek, and The New York Times. Siskind is known for her neurotic, edgy take on her own behavior, her self-deprecating humor, and her take on relationships. She has headlined clubs and theatres throughout the United States, England, and South Africa.
Comedian and writer Mark Schiff has been doing stand-up for over 30 years. He has worked with Jerry Seinfeld and Jay Leno and has appeared many times on both The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Late Night with David Letterman. Schiff has had his own HBO and Showtime specials. He’s written a book called I Killed: True Stories of the Road from America’s Top Comics, published by Random House, and a play titled The Comic, produced in Los Angeles and in Aspen, Colorado.
Ken Rogerson, the funniest man you’ve never heard of, started his comedy career working the Chicago club circuit. Rogerson is one busy comic. He’s been featured on Showtime, TBS, FX, and ABC. He has made numerous other TV appearances on shows like Late Night with Conan O’Brien, The Late Show with David Letterman, and Last Comic Standing, just to name a few. A national headliner, Rogerson has performed all over the world. The Boston Herald says “He makes the absurd seem logical.” Las Vegas Magazine wrote, “As far as pure stand-up goes, it doesn’t get any better than Rogerson.”
Judy Tenuta is the most famous person who has ever lived…and if you don’t believe it, just ask her. She has appeared in The Vagina Monologues and Menopause the Musical in LA and Chicago. Tenuta has starred in her own stand-up specials on Showtime, HBO, and Lifetime. She is a two-time Grammy nominee for her comedy CDs, Attention Butt-Pirates and Lesbetarians and In Goddess We Trust. Tenuta’s stand-up routine is appropriately described as outrageous, mindblowing comedy.
